#chicken #chowmein #chowmeinrecipe<br />CHICKEN CHOWMEIN II चिकन चाओमीन II BY F3 BACHELORS COOKING II <br /><br />Recipe to prepare "Chicken Chowmein":<br /><br />Ingredients:<br />1-2 tbsp refined oil<br />1 bowl/200 gms chicken<br />1/2 tsp ginger, finely chopped<br />1/2 tsp garlic, finely chopped<br />1/2 bowl cabbage, finely chopped<br />2 tbsp capsicum, julienned<br />1 pinch black pepper powder<br />1 pinch salt<br />2 tsp soya sauce<br />1 tsp green chilli sauce<br />1/2 tsp vinegar<br />1/2 bowl hakka noodles<br />1/2 bowl spring onion, finely chopped<br /><br />Method:<br />Boil noodles by adding little salt and oil in water.<br />Heat oil in a pan.<br />Meanwhile, chop the chicken into small pieces.<br />Add ginger to the oil, and saute it.<br />Add garlic, and saute it.<br />Add chopped chicken; toss and stir.<br />Add cabbage; toss it and stir.<br />Add capsicum; toss and mix well.<br />Add black pepper powder and salt; mix well.<br />Add 1 tsp soya sauce, green chilli sauce and vinegar; mix them properly.<br />Add boiled noodles; mix them properly and toss.<br />Add 1 tsp soya sauce, and stir.<br />Add spring onion; stir and toss.<br />Chicken Chowmein is ready to serve.<br />Garnish it with spring onion.<br /><br />In this video our chef Piyush Shrivastava is sharing the healthy, delicious & quick recipe to how to make "Chicken Chow Mein " in less than 5 mins.<br /><br />You can also view our others cooking recipes to understand different style of cuisines in an authentic & easiest way.
